Thank you for visiting and shopping at Holidays By Maddy. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on current USPS or UPS rates, depending on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
You will be able to choose from available shipping options (e.g., Standard, Priority, Express) during checkout.
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected carrier. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
🚫 We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number from USPS or UPS. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we ship only within the United States, no international customs or duties apply. Any state or local taxes will be calculated at checkout.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
Holidays By Maddy is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence for the claim process.
